    Ryan Budden PrTechEng


    Sparq Consulting was started by Ryan Budden in 2009 after several years in the industry.
    Having spent 6 years working in Australia as an Engineering Consultant on large infrastructure
    and building projects, Ryan decided to return to South Africa to start a family.

    After working for one of the large, local consultancies for several years, Ryan decided to
    start up Sparq Consulting to offer a more personalised service that is often lacking in larger firms.

    Justin Fullstone PrTechniEng


    Justin Fullstone joined Sparq Consulting in 2012 in the capacity of Technical Director and is now
    an equal partner. Justin brings a wealth of expertise and experience from many years in the consulting field.
    Having completed the new Blue Route Mall in Tokai before joining, plus several other landmark projects
    around the Western Cape, Justin also brings invaluable experience in large scale commercial projects.
